Contact Yodel by phone
Yodel is a company that generally refers customers with queries to its website. However, Yodel says, if you haven’t found your answer on the website or you just need to speak to someone on the telephone, you can call the company on: 0844 755 0117. It says that calls cost 1p per minute plus your telephone company’s network access charge. Remember to have your parcel tracking ID ready. The line is open Monday to Friday between 8AM and 7PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM. There is also a freephone number, 0800 157 7777. Both these numbers have an automated system that asks for your tracking number. If the system does not recognize the number, instead say ‘complaint’ and you might get put through to an operator. If you are unable to get through, you could try calling a Yodel depot, for example in Leeds on 0843 506 9065, or Yodel Edinburgh on 0843 507 6257. The delivery company lists a range of other ways to contact the organization via its website, but does not provide any email addresses should you wish to bypass the website. You could also write to its registered address: Yodel, Second Floor, Atlantic Pavilion, Albert Dock, Liverpool, Merseyside, L3 4AE.
