Contact by phone

If you want to contact Xbox on the telephone, the free customer service phone line is 0800 587 1102. However, if you prefer them to call you, or if you have difficulty getting through to them, you can send the customer service team a message via the ‘Contact us’ tab on the Xbox website and request them to call you. When you apply for this call, you will see a message saying how long you need to wait before a call to your number will be made. Alternatively, you could use their ‘Live chat’ service, also on that contact page, or you could post a query on the Xbox community forum. Another way of getting in contact with the company is to go to Microsoft UK’s central customer support group, whose number is 0344 800 2400. They will be able to answer queries about any technical issues you might have with your Microsoft hardware or software. If you want to contact Xbox or Microsoft Customer Support by mail, you can write to them at: Microsoft Campus, Thames Valley Park, Reading, Berkshire RG6 1WG. Or you can send them a fax message on 0870 6020 100.

Contact Xbox customer service on the internet

As is the case with many technology companies, Xbox prefers to dealing with customers online rather than via phone, as to reach Xbox customer support online, first step is to go to its internet site, http://www.xbox.com/en-gb/. At the bottom of the home page, click on the ‘Support’ button. This will bring up a page listing the various Xbox products, as well as ‘Billing’ and ‘Account’ tabs. Under each of these are FAQ sections, which will provide answers to many common queries. There is also a ‘Contact us’ tab which takes you to four options; a live chat box, a ‘request a call’ box, a link to users’ support forum, or details about using Twitter. The company does not provide any traditional email addresses for you to use, so you will need to contact them online via their website.
