The Kennel Club has recently changed its phone numbers. Whilst it previously only charged the standard rate for calls, some network providers had imposed additional charges to those using mobile phones. By implementing geographic numbers, all the Kennel Club customers can be assured that calls will only be charged at a standard rate regardless of whether calling from a landline or mobile device. The new Kennel Club main telephone number, including for registration questions and other customer service inquiries is 0129 631 8540 and the fax number is 020 7518 1058. Those numbers are in use Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank holidays.
