Contacting Samsung by Phone
The Samsung customer service phone number is 0330 726 7864. This line is open between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Saturday.
Numbers starting with 0330 are neither premium rate or freephone numbers. Calling an 0330 number costs exactly the same as calling a friend or neighbour on their home phone. While this means that they aren’t necessarily free to call, there are no premium-rate charges involved and the number receiving the call doesn’t make a profit from any call charges you do pay.
Phone tariffs that come with inclusive minutes or ‘free’ calls to landlines include calls to 0330 numbers in exactly the same way as for normal landline numbers starting 01 or 02. If you don’t have any “free minutes” with your landline package, you will typically be charged up to 10p per minute. This can vary significantly depending on the day and the time you are making the call. If you call from a mobile and you don’t have any ‘free minutes’ left, the cost of calling an 0330 number will typically be between 10p and 40p per minute.
