Contact RCI by phone
RCI channels telephone enquiries from its customers or would-be customers in the UK and two numbers. These numbers are available on Monday to Friday from 9AM to 8PM and on Saturdays from 9AM to 4.30PM. For RCI enquiries about holiday weeks or points call 0845 60 86 380. The other number, for use for general administrative or customer service queries call 0845 608 6354, Mondays to Friday, from 9AM to 6PM. Timeshare owners ‘deposit’ their week with RCI, then on the basis of points they receive in exchange, can select holiday weeks from the company’s database. Simply go online to request an exchange. If the holiday you want is not there, key-in an on-going search and RCI will continue to search for you 24/7. Alternatively call them on the numbers above and RCI will discuss options with you. Points are determined by supply and demand at your resort, its quality, the type of unit you own and the time of the year it is available. If you want to write to the company, the mail address is: RCI Europe, Kettering Parkway, Kettering, Northamptonshire NN15 6EY. You can also chat to customer service staff via the online chat service available on its website.
