For customers looking for advice or looking to make a complaint there are a couple of customer service telephone numbers, depending on the nature of the customers area of complaint or advice they are looking for. For phone and internet services customers should call 0300 123 333, or 0207 981 3040.

Customers calling from outside of the UK should call +44 300 123 333, or +44 207 981 3040. International call rates will apply so any international callers should check their international call rates with the telephone service provider.
