Megabus.com is a large, budget intercity coach company operating in the UK and North America. It is part of Stagecoach Group. The Megabus.com service was launched in the UK in 2003 and now offers bus journeys to over 90 locations destinations and carries more than 5 million passengers a year.

Megabus says calls to this number will be answered by Scottish Citylink, and that it is operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You should note that calls to this number will cost 65p per minute, plus telephone access charges. The company notes that for Customer Services queries you can email megabus.com or megatrain.com via its online messaging system, send an email to email@example.com or write to Buchanan Bus Station, Killermont, Glasgow G2 3N. It says emails will be replied to within 72 hours, and that although email is a quick and convenient method with which to contact us, our Customer Relations department cannot offer priority to customers who correspond with us through email over customers who write in using postal mail. If you have a complaints and are unhappy with the response of Megabus, you have the right to appeal our decision to the relevant conciliation agency within three months.
