As Giffgaff are a purely internet based company they don’t have a customer service telephone number. There are a number of other ways you can contact the Giffgaff help desk however and these details are provided below.
Customers need to first of all go to the Giffgaff webpage and navigate to following page: ttps://www.giffgaff.com/support/ask. Before proper access can be provided all customers must log into the webpage by using their login details.

From there, customers must then select the specific department they want to contact. Customers will then have access to certain questions and answers and will be lead through to a relevant solution. However if customers are still unsatisfied with the solution provided there is a further option to ‘ask an agent’. In this section customers can key in their questions and a customer service agent will get back to you within 24 hours.

The office hours for the Giffgaff help desk agents are the standard working hours of Monday through to Saturday. From 09:00 in the morning until 18:00 in the afternoon.
