The legal advice helpline, which operates 24/7, is 0330 606 9500. 0330 606 9509 is the number you need for uninsured loss recovery enquiries or temporary replacement vehicle enquiries. Call the number on weekdays between 9am and 5pm for the former, and between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm on Saturdays) for the latter. 03 numbers are UK-wide and are charged up to 9p per minute for a landline, and between 3p and 55p per minute from a mobile phone.
