Contacting BT Business by Phone

The BT Business customer service phone number is Freephone 0800 800 154. If you have an enquiry about an order, call Freephone 0800 800 154. These lines are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For billing enquires, phone 0845 600 6156 between 8am and 6pm on weekdays or from 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. This line is busiest on weekdays between 10am and 1pm.
0800 numbers are generally completely free to call both from landline phones and from mobiles; they have no service charge or access charge and don’t use up your phone plan’s “free minutes” allowance.
Calls to 0845 numbers are typically charged at higher rates than calls to normal landlines due to the inclusion of a surcharge to pay for the service being provided. 0845 numbers generate an income for either the organization being called or their telephone company. Unlike traditional landline phone numbers, 0845 numbers are not associated with any specific geographic location. Total 0845-number call costs will typically be anywhere from 8p to 62p per minute, plus an additional per-call charge of up to 7p; calls from landlines are always cheaper (8p-19p) than from mobile phones (44p-62p). In most circumstances, 0845 numbers will cost you more to call than a normal landline and will not be included in any free-call allowances or “bundled minutes” that your tariff offers.
