Aldi UK’s customer service freephone number is 0800 042 0800 for human resources, lost property, stores and product information. This helpline is open from Monday to Saturday between 8am and 9pm, and on Sunday between 9am and 7pm. However, please be aware that this helpline may operate a reduced service on bank holidays. Your call may be monitored or recorded to help deliver the best possible service. Phone numbers beginning 0800 are free to call from any UK landline. If you call them from your mobile phone, you will be charged. The cost will vary according to your provider, but will probably be between 10p and 20p per minute.
