For customer service information, ignore the main site and go to www.aerlingus.com/support/ which provides a range of options on how to communicate with its staff. The menu on that site has four headings: Booking, check-in, baggage and special care, each of which list a variety of service related to flights. The airline encourages feedback and tells customers that if they have recently travelled with Aer Lingus and would like to compliment them on service or if you want to submit a claim or bring to its attention an aspect of service they were not entirely satisfied with, they can fill in an online customer relations form on the site.
